In Bashkortostan, an investor will receive a plot without bidding for a roadside complex

The decree of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan approved the decision to grant LLC "Bashuralremstroy" a land plot for rent without bidding. The company is implementing a large-scale investment project for the construction of a roadside service facility.

- Currently, there is a need for modern roadside service facilities on this section of the road. The company plans to invest 51 million rubles in the project, 27 jobs will be created, - said the Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan Alexey Gusev. The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic was instructed to conclude a land lease agreement with the investor.

The complex will include a cafe, a hotel, a parking lot for cars and trucks, as well as an automobile gas station, a tire kiosk and a mini market. The facility is planned to be located along the federal highway M-5 "Ural" in the Iglinsky district.

The project is supported by the Regional Development Corporation, along with the Ministry of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

- As part of the support of the investment project, the specialists of the Development Corporation developed a financial model and a business plan, and also formed all the necessary documentation for including the project in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan and obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the departments with the investor, the project will be implemented as soon as possible.

It should be recalled that roadside service facilities can be included in the List of priority investment projects of the republic with an investment volume of 50 million rubles for projects along federal highways, from 20 million rubles for roads of regional, local and intermunicipal values, and areas of the north-east of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Trans-Urals from 10 million rubles.

Further, investors in the field of roadside service can receive the following support measures. If the project involves the creation of at least 15 jobs, the investor has the right to apply for a land lease without bidding.

A significant support measure is a subsidy for reimbursement of part of the costs of construction of transport and engineering infrastructure facilities in the amount of up to 30 million rubles, but not more than 50% of the costs incurred for projects along federal highways, and 70% of the costs incurred for projects along regional, local and inter-municipal roads.
