A new business proposal for the creation of a high-tech brick manufacturing enterprise in Tatyshlinsky district has been developed by project managers of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The budget of the investment project is 180 million rubles with the creation of 50 new jobs.

- Brick, due to its technical characteristics, is one of the most common building materials. That is why, according to the calculations of the Corporation's specialists, the investor will be able to recoup the project in two and a half years," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. - The implementation of the project will allow the investor to set up the production of products for sale both within the region and abroad. At the same time, this will have a positive impact on the economy of Bashkortostan.

For the placement of the enterprise, investors are offered a site in the village of Verkhniye Tatyshly. On the land plot there are already real estate objects intended for the opening of factories, factories or combines. Their transfer can take place in several forms: sale, long-term lease, as well as joint sale of production.

The business proposal also contains proposed measures of state support. Thus, an investor will be able to count on the inclusion of an investment project in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the provision of a land plot for rent without bidding and tax benefits. It should be noted that when implementing this business proposal, the investor will be provided with support from the Development Corporation. A personal project manager will assist in the investor's interaction with relevant departments and the management of the municipal district, preparation and submission of documentation for inclusion of the investment project in the priority List, etc.
