1. Industrial park "Neftekamskiy" is included in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan
"Neftekamskiy" will be created on the territory of priority social and economic development in the city of Neftekamsk on a land plot with an area of 28 hectares next to PJSC "NEFAZ".

2. Collaboration under the REC brand: old partners, new connections
In November, the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan held a round table, at which they considered the issue of participation of business representatives in the activities of the scientific and educational center of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The participants in the discussion were representatives of regional enterprises and institutions of higher education and science.
As a result of the discussion, practical recommendations were developed for the state authorities of the region on the formation of the program of activities of the REC RB and the formation of pilot scientific, technical and innovation projects of the REC RB with the participation of representatives of business, education and science. The business community received proposals from universities in terms of the implementation of joint complex scientific and technical programs.
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus is starting to develop the concept of an interuniversity student campus. It is planned that the project will include student hostels, educational, scientific and laboratory research, administrative, economic buildings, a sports and health and medical center, as well as a leisure center for students.
3. Industrial Park "Blagoveshchenskiy" invites residents to cooperation
For residents, there are two options for accommodation: in a finished production and warehouse with an area of 10,000 sq. m. and lease / purchase of vacant land plots of the industrial park for the construction of their own manufacturing enterprises and warehouse complexes. The production areas will be provided with ready-made infrastructure (electricity, water, heat supply, sewerage) and will be connected to utility networks free of charge.
Residents of "Blagoveshchenskoye" can apply for the status of a resident of the territory of priority socio-economic development, which will provide a special legal regime for entrepreneurial activity, additional benefits at the federal level for investors.
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan has been appointed as the management company that ensures the operation of the industrial park. The term of the project is 2021-2022. The design of the park's infrastructure is already underway.

The parties discussed promising projects of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus, including the construction of an interuniversity student campus, which will be located in the Demsky district of Ufa, and a comprehensive school in the city. Particular attention was paid to the stages of preparing these projects and options for a possible partnership between the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus and Sberbank.
Practical cooperation between the parties will help to solve a number of strategic tasks facing the regional development institute and PJSC Sberbank of Russia. Both structures are aimed at attracting investments to the republic and providing favorable conditions for the business life of Bashkiria.
