A manufacturer of paving slabs has become a new resident of the SEZ "Alga"

A new resident has been registered in the special economic zone "Alga", located in Bashkortostan. It became the company "Porevit". Ufa, which plans to produce paving slabs and landscaping elements in the SEZ. The corresponding order was signed at the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The volume of investments in the creation of the plant will amount to about 2.4 billion rubles. It is planned to create 137 new jobs at the enterprise. The plans of the resident in the special economic zone were told in the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, which performs the functions of its management company.

In the territory of the special economic zone, the investor intends to develop domestic production of various types of paving slabs, curbs and other materials for landscaping. It is assumed that the products will be used in the industrial and construction sectors. Today, together with the investor, we are working on a number of organizational issues so that he can start construction and installation work as soon as possible, explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The support of this investment project is carried out by specialists of the Development Corporation, who selected a suitable production site for it in accordance with the stated requirements, prepared documents for the presentation of the project to the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov within the framework of the meeting "Investchas" and receipt of the requested state support measures, as well as assisted in the preparation of an application for the status of a resident of a special economic zone zones.

Earlier, the initiative was also presented at a meeting of the Expert Council of the SEZ "Alga". As a result of the review, the project was approved for implementation on the territory of the SEZ with the provision of appropriate preferences.

The company "roars. Ufa"became the 22nd resident of the special economic zone "Alga". To date, the total declared investment volume of all residents is about 65 billion rubles.
