A manufacturer of fittings from Bashkortostan has received a land plot for the construction of a reinforcement plant
The authorities of Bashkortostan have provided a land plot for lease without bidding to the company "Avtogruz", which intends to build a new reinforcement plant in Bashkortostan. The corresponding lease agreement for a land plot in the Demsky district of Ufa was signed with the initiator of the project. Earlier, the project was presented at one of the meetings of "Investors" and included in the List of priority investment projects in the region, after which the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov signed an order to provide this measure of state support to the investor. The volume of investments in the implementation of the initiative will amount to about 158 million rubles. 24 new jobs will be created at the enterprise.
Last year, 54 land plots with an area of 552.4 hectares were leased without bidding on the basis of orders from the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Land plots are provided for the implementation of investment projects in the fields of roadside services, tourism, production, solid municipal waste management, agriculture, etc. These projects increase the investment attractiveness of the region, contribute to job creation and production development," said Natalia Polyanskaya, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The project of the company "Autogruz" is accompanied by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the department, spoke about the progress of its implementation.
The conclusion of the lease agreement allows the investor to begin the development of design estimates, as well as to begin obtaining various permits in order to start construction and installation work on the site. The investor received a land plot for rent without bidding with the assistance of the Development Corporation. Our specialists conducted an analysis of the land plot, having worked out in detail information about engineering networks, encumbrances and the possibility of obtaining it, taking into account approved documents. In addition, we have prepared a package of documents for the successful presentation of the project to the Head of the region. Thus, the initiative was approved for the implementation and provision of the requested state support measures. The launch of the enterprise is scheduled for 2026. Project support will continue until the facility is put into operation, Nail Gabbasov said.
As the investor noted, cooperation with the Development Corporation made it possible to quickly resolve emerging issues. He also highly appreciated the work of the personal manager assigned to his project.
