The investor, accompanied by the Development Corporation, will expand its production

The head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, signed an order on the provision of a land plot for rent without bidding to the production company Carpenter, which plans to expand the existing production of furniture and interior finishing materials.

The investor will receive a land plot located in the Demsky district of Ufa as a measure of state support after the presentation of the project within the framework of one of the meetings of the "Investor" and assigning it priority status. The documents for a successful presentation to the Head of the region, as well as for obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding, were prepared by specialists of the Development Corporation. In addition, at the start of the support, they analyzed the land plot for compliance with the planned use and the presence of encumbrances.

The investor will invest about 150 million rubles in the implementation of the project, creating 70 new jobs. It is planned to put the expanded production into operation in 2027. By the end of the project implementation period, the investor intends to increase production capacity by 5 times from 400 square meters of finishing materials per year to 2 thousand.
