More than 60 entrepreneurs took part in a business meeting at the Central Office of the Ufa MFC

A business meeting of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as the self-employed, with representatives of relevant authorities and departments took place in Ufa at the site of the MFC of Bashkortostan. The event was held in the format of a "round table", the main topic was the discussion of existing government measures to support business. About 40 individual entrepreneurs and representatives of legal entities took part in the event.

The MFC of the Republic of Bashkortostan provides more than 200 services of state and municipal authorities on the principle of a "single window" for small and medium-sized businesses. Every year, applications for financial support to entrepreneurs and the self-employed are accepted in individual offices of the IFC. Subsidies are carried out in various directions, the terms and conditions for accepting documents can be found on our official website of the RGA MFC or on our social networks, said Elvira Gabdrakhimova, Deputy Director of the MFC of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

As Marina Martynova, Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Register of Bashkortostan, noted, the field of accounting and registration of real estate is constantly being improved both in terms of lawmaking and in terms of user systems.

Today, all types of applications to the Federal Register can be submitted electronically through the "Personal Account" on the Rosreestr portal and through the Unified Portal of Public Services. And if last year each application had to be signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS), then from this year in the "Personal Account" on the Rosreestr website all types of transactions in which the transfer of rights is not carried out can be submitted without an EDS. The submission of documents through the Public Services portal is also simplified, where applications are signed with a free State Key. At the same time, in the absence of comments, we consider electronic transactions in just one working day, and transactions based on paper documents in 3-4 days, which is significantly less than what is provided for by law (7-9 working days), she explained.

The speaker noted that citizens and businesses often urgently need to obtain extracts from the Unified State Register. This document can be ordered online through the Public Services portal, and it will be available in just a few minutes. The authenticity of the statement can be checked through a special service on the Rosreestr website using a QR code.

Adel Makarova, Deputy Director for Investor Relations at the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, introduced measures of state support for the implementation of investment projects in Bashkortostan and assistance to the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan in obtaining them.

Irina Abramova, Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Republic of Bashkortostan, noted that, according to a survey, most entrepreneurs consider doing business in Bashkortostan safe. And the state and municipal authorities of the republic are considered by entrepreneurs as the main entities capable of creating favorable conditions for business development in the region and providing support to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Today, our common task is not only to preserve the existing entrepreneurial activity, but also to give confidence in sustainable development and maximum support from the state. In light of this, at all business meetings, we inform entrepreneurs about the human rights activities of the Commissioner in the field of small business, about the ecosystem of the regional business ombudsman, about the capabilities of our human rights institute, which are aimed specifically at helping and providing effective assistance to business," she said.

Dmitry Yelizarov, Director of the Ufa City Fund for the Development and Support of Small Business, spoke about municipal business support measures. According to him, there are three measures of support provided to businesses in the city: financial, property, information and consulting. He also familiarized the audience with the conditions of various financial support.

The head of the Department of the Center "My Business" ANO "Agency of the Republic of Bashkortostan for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" Aigul Khabibrakhmanova noted that the Center "My Business" includes 4 structural divisions, as well as 13 separate divisions in the cities of Ufa, Neftekamsk, Oktyabrsky, Sterlitamak, Salavat, Belebey, Uchaly, Kumertau, Beloretsk, Karaidel, Chekmagush, Verkhniye Kigi, Isyangulovo. The speaker announced the opening of a new office in Sibai in 2024.
