The project of the manufacturer of industrial buildings is included in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan

The investment project for the construction of the second stage of the plant for the production of industrial enclosures for electrical products, initiated by the company "ElCom", is included in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan. The initiative involves expanding the production capacity of the existing plant located in the Ufa district. The investor also intends to introduce new technologies into the production lines for wall and floor electrical enclosures and metal structures with a design capacity of more than 38 thousand units per year. The volume of investments in the project will amount to about 650 million rubles with the creation of 215 new jobs. The investment project is supported by the Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Innovation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The company is actively involved in import substitution, supplying customers with products that were previously purchased abroad. As part of the support for the project to expand the production capacity of the enterprise, our specialists developed a business plan and provided comprehensive support when applying to the Industrial Development Fund for preferential loan financing. The developed document was successfully reviewed, after which the company was granted a preferential loan. In addition, we have prepared the necessary documents for the presentation of the new project to the Head of the Republic in order to obtain state support measures," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

It is noted that as part of the project, the investor also plans to master new lines of enclosures manufactured in accordance with the requirements of industrial and IT companies in Russia.

This is not the investor's first project. The Development Corporation accompanied the construction of the first stage of the plant, which was commissioned in 2020. At the start of the implementation, our specialists developed a financial model and a business plan, and also helped to present the project and prepare it for inclusion in the Priority List, which allowed the investor to receive a number of preferences from the state, Nail Gabbasov added.
