A new reinforcement plant will be built in Bashkortostan
The initiator of the construction of a new rebar plant in Ufa, the company Avtogruz, signed an Agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the Government of the region. The project involves the creation of a plant for the production of various types of fittings, including for the construction of housing. The volume of investments in the implementation of the initiative will amount to about 158 million rubles. 24 new jobs will be created at the enterprise. Earlier, under the supervision of the regional Development Corporation, the project was presented to the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, within the framework of one of the meetings of "Investchas", where it was approved for implementation.
Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation, spoke about the stages of the project.
At the moment, the investor is carrying out preparatory and organizational work. To do this, the specialists of the Development Corporation conducted an analysis of the land plot for compliance with the planned use, within which they worked out information about the availability of connection points to utility networks, the presence or absence of encumbrances, the relevance of the land plot and the possibility of obtaining it, taking into account approved documents. The start of construction of production facilities at the site is planned after the land plot is leased without bidding. The documents for the provision of this support measure have also been prepared by our specialists. The launch of the enterprise is scheduled for 2026, Nail Gabbasov said.
Recall that in July last year, the authorities of Bashkortostan presented a program of work with investors, which significantly simplified the requirements for new projects to receive state support. The innovations made it possible to eliminate bureaucratic barriers, optimize regulatory procedures, and digitize the project support process. One of the implemented tools for state support of investment projects was the conclusion of an agreement with the investor on the protection and promotion of investments. When concluding an agreement, the initiator of a priority investment project has the opportunity to implement an initiative with the provision of tax benefits for the profit of the organization, the possibility of obtaining benefits for the property of the organization or the application of an investment tax deduction.
