Potential investors were offered to create a plant for the production of heating boilers in Bashkortostan

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan has presented a new business proposal for potential investors. Its concept involves the construction of a plant for the production of solid fuel boilers, block-modular boilers and mobile mini-CHP plants based on steam-screw machines. According to the calculations presented in the investment proposal, the project budget will amount to about 182.4 million rubles with the possibility of creating 60 new jobs. It is predicted that the implementation period of the initiative will be about one year.

The creation of this investment offer is due to the growing demand for various autonomous sources of electricity and heat supply. Thus, in the new production, investors are invited to produce block-modular boiler houses, mini-CHP plants, recyclers, bath stoves, fireplaces. One of the main advantages of their use is the low cost of electricity and heat generated, which significantly affects the payback period of the project," said the General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This investment proposal already presents a site, and it is proposed to organize production, it is located in the Ishimbai district. In addition, its budget already includes construction, installation, design and survey work, purchase of a transport fleet and equipment, and other costs.

The implementation of this investment proposal is possible in partnership with one of the scientific and production enterprises of the republic. Thus, the investor will be able to create an innovative import-substituting production with unique developments. Partnership options are also contained in the business case.

In addition to the concept, the proposal presents financial and economic indicators that display detailed information about the effectiveness of the project. The case also contains a pool of proposed state support measures that an investor can count on when implementing the presented investment proposal: including the project in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan with the possibility of exemption from corporate property tax, as well as the application of an investment tax deduction for income tax. In addition, the investor will be able to receive support from regional business support funds.
