Entrepreneurs were offered to create a plant for the production of household chemicals in Bashkortostan

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan has presented a new investment proposal for entrepreneurs interested in business development in Bashkortostan. Its concept involves the creation of a plant for the production of household chemicals in the Blagoveshchensk district. According to the calculations presented in the proposal, the project budget will amount to 234.21 million rubles, and 42 new jobs will be created at the enterprise.

The main purpose of the development of this investment proposal is to encourage investors to create import-substituting industries in this area. It is proposed to produce liquids for washing dishes and windows at the plant. Thus, the budget of the business case already includes the costs of design and survey, construction and installation work, purchase of equipment and filling of the transport fleet. It also contains information about the land plot on which it is proposed to localize production, and partners who in the future can supply raw materials for production. The investor is offered to sell finished products in leading retail chains selling household chemicals," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Together with the elaborated concept, the business case contains financial and economic indicators that display detailed information about the effectiveness of the project. In addition, the investor will be able to implement the business proposal using government support measures. Among them: the inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan with the possibility of leasing a land plot without bidding, investment tax deduction for income tax, as well as exemption from corporate property tax.

To an investor interested in implementing this business idea, the Development Corporation team will provide comprehensive support in solving all issues, including paperwork for obtaining state support measures, interaction with authorities, resource supply organizations and regional business support funds, Nail Gabbasov added.
