The initiator of the creation of a feed base for a dairy farm in the Trans-Urals received land for rent without bidding

The company "Krasnaya Bashkiria", which plans to create a feed base for a dairy farm and irrigation systems in Bashkortostan for the purpose of integrated development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas, has signed a lease agreement for a land plot in the Abzelilovsky district. The investor received the land plot for rent without bidding under the import substitution program after the presentation of the project to the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov during the next meeting of the "Investor". The investor intends to invest about 460 million rubles in the implementation of the project and create 25 new jobs. This investment project is supported by the Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

One of the objectives of the initiative is import substitution and the creation of a feed base to increase livestock production. The project provides for the construction of a robotic dairy farm and a modern irrigation system with the installation of high-tech equipment. In addition, it corresponds to the main directions of the Strategy of Socio-economic Development of the Trans-Urals until 2030 and is currently included in the action plan for its implementation, explained Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

As part of the investor's support, the specialists of the Development Corporation developed a financial model and a business plan for the project, as well as prepared documents for including the project in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan, as well as obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding for the implementation of the import substitution initiative. The project will be accompanied by the department before the launch of the enterprises.
