In Bashkortostan, residents of the territories of advanced development have become available land plots without bidding

In Bashkortostan, residents of the territories of advanced development (TOP) have the opportunity to obtain a land plot for rent without bidding without additional conditions as part of the liberalization of investment legislation. The first such resident was the resident of the TOP "Neftekamsk" LLC "Neftekamsk Mobile Building Plant". The corresponding order on the provision of a land plot was recently signed by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The company plans to expand the production of modular structures (mobile buildings) on the allocated site.

The provision of land without bidding is a new additional measure to support residents in the territories of advanced development of the region within the framework of the liberalization of investment legislation, which we initiated at the regional level in March this year. Previously, residents of the TOP could receive a land plot either on general terms, through auctions, or by obtaining the status of a priority investment project, which led to a multi-stage consideration of the investment initiative. The implementation of this tool makes it possible to minimize the time for the project to enter the investment phase, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus Rustam Muratov, Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Belarus, said.

Currently, a land lease agreement is being prepared with Neftekamsk Mobile Buildings Plant LLC. Recall that for residents of the TOP of Bashkortostan, there are standard income tax benefits. During the first five years, the federal part is completely reset, the regional part is 5%, in the next five years the rate at the regional level is 10%. At the regional level, preference is given to resident organizations in terms of exemption from property tax. Municipalities have set zero interest rates on land tax. Also, at the initiative of the republic, tax rates for residents of the TOP have been reduced under the simplified taxation system, lowering coefficients for the lease of state and municipal property have been established.

LLC "Neftekamsk Mobile Buildings Plant" received the status of a resident of the TOP "Neftekamsk" in 2020, 20 residents of the city were employed in production. The expansion of the existing production involves the creation of an additional 84 jobs.
