A new year-round recreation center will appear in Bashkortostan

Accompanied by the Development Corporation, the company "Fortuna Plus" will receive a land plot for rent without bidding for the construction of a year-round recreation center "Freedom". The corresponding order was signed by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 205.5 million rubles with the creation of 32 new jobs.

The recreation center will be located in the Kirovsky district of Ufa. The project involves the construction of modular houses with a capacity of two to six people. The guests of the complex will have access to outdoor recreation areas, playgrounds, a rope park, a dome restaurant with 300 seats and other types of entertainment.

Earlier, with the assistance of the Corporation's specialists, the project was included in the List of priority investment projects in the region, and its initiator became one of the first investors to conclude an Agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the regional government. This will allow him to receive a measure of support in the form of a lease of a land plot without bidding.
