Stolypino's investment project for the development of agrotourism in Bashkortostan is included in the List of priorities
- This is the second project of the investor, which is accompanied by the Development Corporation. At the moment, the company is already engaged in the creation of Wild and Barsky gardens, where a unique pharmacopoeia and berry raw material base will be formed for Russia, which is necessary to ensure import substitution in the pharmaceutical industry. For this initiative, he managed to lease 30 land plots with a total area of 796 hectares. Now the investor is conducting an audit of land, design of land reclamation and preparation of planting material. Next to the gardens, it is planned to implement a second project, the main task of which is to develop agrotourism and attract tourist flow to Bashkortostan. Guests of the complex will be able to participate in excursions and harvesting with the possibility of purchasing products," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The investor intends to start the construction of glamping and landscaping in 2024. The project is planned to be completed in 2026.
The investor noted the high level of work and competence of the Development Corporation team, as well as the speed of response to emerging issues. He also stressed that the work of the department greatly simplifies the solution of tasks during the implementation of projects.
As part of the investor's support, the specialists of the Development Corporation selected a platform for the implementation of the project and prepared documents for its inclusion in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan with the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding and other state support measures.
