As part of measures to improve the investment climate of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the regional Development Corporation conducted a survey of investors whose projects are accompanied by the department. The survey was conducted by 41 respondents. So, as of October, the average score according to the results of the survey was 4.86. In addition, 25 residents of the special economic zone "Alga" and the industrial park "Ufa" were interviewed, according to the results of which the average score was 4.74.
- High-quality project support consists in regular communication between the investor and the manager assigned to him. We pay increased attention to feedback, because it helps us to constantly improve the quality of services provided, introduce new tools and promptly resolve any issues," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
As part of the survey, respondents assessed the quality of the work of the Corporation's specialists on a five-point scale and the following criteria: the completeness of the information provided on the work on attracting investments and working with investors, the possibility of obtaining services when interacting with executive authorities on the principle of "one window", the quality of consulting support and the provision of specialized services during the initial appeal, the efficiency of providing consulting support, the level of qualification of employees, holding events and performing the necessary work to attract investment in the economy of the region.
Residents of the special economic zone "Alga" and the industrial park "Ufa" in the course of the survey assessed the provision of residents with free space, the quality of engineering infrastructure and technical support, as well as the availability and effectiveness of the support measures provided. During the survey, the participants noted the individual approach of the Corporation's employees to their investment projects, in particular, the efficiency of providing consulting and methodological support, as well as the high qualifications of the department's specialists.
