The investment project of the Buzdyak Metal Rolling Plant is included in the List of priorities

The investment project of the company "Buzdyak Metal Rolling Plant", which involves the construction of a new roadside complex on the territory of the Zubovsky Village Council, is included in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The corresponding order was signed at the Regional Ministry of Economic Development. The investor is supported by the Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkortostan.

- Thanks to the coordinated work of the investor and relevant departments, the project will soon enter the stage of direct implementation. Having invested 75 million rubles in the initiative, the investor will create a roadside service facility for a comfortable pastime for road users with a parking lot, the possibility of car maintenance, a car wash, a cafe and a hotel. 25 new jobs will be created in the complex. In the future, as part of the support, we will support the investor in the formation of a package of documents for obtaining a land plot without bidding," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that one of the options for supporting entrepreneurs is a Priority Investment Project (PIP) - an investment project with significant social and economic effects. The inclusion of the project in the List makes it possible to implement the initiative in conditions of a special tax regime and a wide range of preferences from the state.
