State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexey Khersontsev visited the central office of the MFC of the Republic of Bashkortostan within the framework of the VI All-Russian Forum of Public Service Centers "My Documents", which was held in Ufa, and took part in the launch of the project "investor's window" - a specialized window for legal entities for the provision of comprehensive services.
Here, for potential investors, services for registration of a legal entity, approval of the layout and registration of a land plot for rent, filing an application for concluding an agreement on connecting a capital construction facility to the gas distribution network and other services will be available as a priority.
- In order to simplify the investor's interaction with the executive authorities, a cooperation agreement has been concluded between the MFC and the Joint-Stock Company "Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan", which involves joint support of the investor at all stages of the implementation of the investment project by specialists of the corporation and the MFC, - said Natalia Kupriyanova, Director of the MFC of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
-The idea of creating an Investor's Window was initiated by the Development Corporation and supported by the Regional Government at a meeting of the Project Office. The joint work of the MFC and the Development Corporation will simplify the way for business to implement projects. On our part, managers provide consultations, explaining what documents are required to be submitted to the executive authorities in order to obtain state support measures for investors implementing priority and large-scale investment projects in Bashkortostan. And the task of the MFC is to accept the prepared documents and send them to relevant organizations and departments without the participation of the investor," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation.
During a visit to the MFC office, Alexey Khersontsev got acquainted with the pilot project of express issuance of documents in the reception area, which allows you to receive ready-made documents without having to visit the service window. Also, the Deputy Minister was presented with a postamat for issuing ready-made documents, available to residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
