Two investment sites for industrial activities were presented to investors at the Bashkortostan Development Corporation

Two free investment platforms were presented to investors in the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The land plots with a total area of 20 hectares are located on the territory of the city of Birsk and are intended for the localization of industrial production.

- Birsk is one of the most promising cities, steadily developing in all spheres of the economy. Each land plot undergoes a thorough analysis and joint study with the business sheriff of the municipality, so the proposed investment sites can be an excellent option for investors interested in doing business in our republic," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The land plots are located in close proximity to the Ufa-Birsk-Yanaul highway of regional significance, which greatly simplifies the solution of logistical issues. In addition, the sites are equipped with the ability to connect to gas, water, electricity and sanitation networks. I would also like to note that the proposed investment site is also suitable for hosting an industrial park.

Recall that last year, the Development Corporation introduced tools for shooting free investment sites and forming virtual tours on them. To date, 140 tours of 168 land plots are available for viewing.
