The Head of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation joined the Board of the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies

General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan Nail Gabbasov took part in the general meeting of members of the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (NAAIR), which was held within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. During the meeting, the participants discussed the prospects for interregional cooperation of development agencies working in the field of attracting investments.

One of the important parts of the meeting was the vote on the rotation of the NAAIR Board. Following the results of the voting, the head of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation was elected a member of the Association's Board.

- I am grateful to NAAIR for their trust. It is a great honor and a huge responsibility to be part of this team of professionals. I am sure that close work in Association with regional investment agencies, exchange of experience and knowledge will be most useful in the daily work of attracting investors both for me and for the entire Development Corporation of Bashkortostan," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

For reference: The non-profit organization "National Association of Investment and Development Agencies" was established in 2006 with the aim of combining the efforts of regional development institutions (investment agencies and development corporations) aimed at creating conditions conducive to increasing investment attractiveness and investment inflow to the subjects of the Russian Federation. Thus, the Supervisory Board of the NAAIR includes the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.
