Bashkortostan signed an Agreement of Intent on the implementation of an investment project in the Ufa Industrial Park with a foreign investor

On June 3, at the site of the All-Russian Investment Sabantuy «Trans-Urals – 2022» between JSC «Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan» and the Turkish company Sanica Pipe, an Agreement of Intent was signed on the implementation of an investment project on the territory of the industrial park «Ufa». The document was signed by Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation, and Ugur Fatinoglu, a member of the Board of Directors of Fatinoğlu Holding.

The signed agreement is the result of the coordinated work of the investor, the Development Corporation, the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkortostan, the Regional Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities and the representative of the Bashkortostan Congress Bureau in Turkey, Marat Tansykkuzhin, Nail Gabbasov emphasized. "To date, we have identified areas of cooperation on the project of creating a plant for the production of plastic pipes on the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park and worked out the details. So, in the near future we will start the implementation of the initiative.

The investor will place six plastic pipe production lines in the Ufa Industrial Park, having invested about 200 million rubles in this stage. 2.1 billion rubles will be invested in the implementation of the next stage of the placement of the enterprise for the production of combined boilers and heating batteries on the territory of the SEZ "Alga". As a result, about 2.3 billion rubles will be invested in the implementation of the two stages with the creation of 255 new jobs.
