Participants of the International Congress got acquainted with the activities of the Ufa Industrial Park
Within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Congress "Cooperation of Enterprises in new economic realities", the participants were introduced to the activities and services of the Ufa Industrial Park, which became the venue for the event. The guests were told about the advantages of placing production facilities on the territory of the preferential zone, the activities of existing residents, the conditions for obtaining resident status, as well as the advantages of entering enterprises into the industrial furniture cluster.
- Development Corporation, being the management company of the industrial park "Ufa" participates in the activities of the furniture cluster of the Volga Federal District. Clustering is an important tool for the territorial development of industry," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. - Joining the cluster gives the enterprise the opportunity to participate in special organization events, take advantage of the cluster infrastructure opportunities, as well as take advantage of benefits and preferences, including government support measures aimed at implementing joint projects of cluster participants.
In addition to getting acquainted with the activities of the park, the members of the delegation were given a tour of the territory of the anchor resident of the park - the Kronoshpan company, where they were told about the principles of the enterprise and its products.
It should be noted that the site of the Ufa Industrial Park will implement ESG principles in a pilot mode in order to increase investment attractiveness. Potential residents applying for a good ESG assessment must meet development standards in three categories: social, managerial and environmental.
To date, the Ufa Industrial Park houses 12 residents and 7 users. The total investment volume of residents of the park is 34.5 billion rubles with the creation of more than 600 new jobs.
Also, within the framework of the International Congress, a plenary session was held on the topic "Transformation of value chains: new opportunities and prospects", at which the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov, Director of the AKIT of the Russian Federation Andrey Shpilenko, Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov, State Duma Deputy Alexander Kozlovsky, as well as representatives of business and expert communities. During the plenary session, the participants discussed proposals for the implementation of import substitution programs in various sectors of the economy.

The Ufa Industrial Park is located at the entrance to the Shaksha microdistrict of Ufa. The area of the park is almost 300 hectares, and the sites are intended for enterprises of different industry orientation. The convenient location provides an accessible transport infrastructure. The railway tracks are installed on the territory of the park and lead to the Shaksha station of the Kuibyshev railway. Inter-site roads with access to the federal highway M5-Ural are stretched throughout the park.
