Ufa Industrial Park entered the Federal Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia

The Ufa Industrial Park, located at the entrance to the Shaksha microdistrict of Ufa, entered the Federal Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The area of the park is almost 300 hectares, it is among the top parks–leaders in total land area.

- Thanks to the state support provided by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the territory of the Ufa Park is provided with the necessary infrastructure. At the moment, investors have invested more than 34.5 billion rubles in the opening of new production facilities, about 600 people work there. The industrial park is already engaged in woodworking, the production of furniture, components for swimming facilities, as well as creating agricultural machinery, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus Rustam Muratov, Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Belarus, said.

It should be noted that this measure is an indicator that "Ufa" has successfully passed the test for compliance with federal requirements for industrial parks and their management companies.

- Inclusion in the register also allows regions and management companies of industrial parks to apply for state support measures at the federal and regional levels. For example, to receive subsidies for the creation, modernization or reconstruction of infrastructure facilities or the possibility of reimbursing part of the cost of paying interest on loans," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The railway tracks are installed on the territory of the park and lead to the Shaksha station of the Kuibyshev railway. Inter-site roads with access to the federal highway M5-Ural are stretched throughout the park. 12 residents and 7 users of the park's infrastructure are located on the territory of the IP "Ufa". The total investment volume of residents of the park since the beginning of its activity amounted to about 34.5 billion rubles. The number of jobs created by residents and users of the industrial park is more than 600 people.
