The Good Cardboard Company became a resident of the Ufa Industrial Park
The initiator of the corrugated packaging production project - the company "Good Cardboard" has become a resident of the Ufa Industrial Park. The corresponding agreement was signed between the investor and the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, the management company of the preferential zone.
- We have been accompanying the investor since July last year. During this period, our managers carried out systematic work on the development of a financial model and a business plan for the project. In addition, together with the investor, we have formed a package of documents for obtaining a preferential loan for the modernization of equipment from the Industrial Development Fund within the framework of regional and federal programs," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Recall that the company "Good Cardboard" plans to place in the industrial park "Ufa" highly automated plant for the production of corrugated packaging with a capacity of 70 million square meters. The cost of implementing the investment project will be about 280 million rubles. The number of jobs is 130, including 50 new ones.
In addition to favorable rental conditions, the status of a resident of the Ufa Industrial Park gives the investor the opportunity to receive tax preferences, including on the property of the organization, as well as full support of the investor at all stages of the project.

The Ufa Industrial Park is located at the entrance to the Shaksha microdistrict of Ufa.
