A new investment platform was presented to investors at the Bashkortostan Development Corporation

A new free investment platform for the placement of industrial production facilities was presented to investors in the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The land plot with an area of about 10 hectares is located in the industrial zone of Neftekamsk.

The proposed investment site is connected to electricity, gas and water supply networks, as well as provided with access roads.

- Neftekamsk is one of the industrial centers of our republic. The territory of advanced socio-economic development "Neftekamsk" has also been created here. Having become its resident, an investor can claim tax and rental benefits," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The implementation of the initiative on the proposed investment platform provides a number of advantages, including the possibility of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation with other enterprises. In addition, a railway station is located three kilometers from the land plot, which solves a number of issues in terms of shipment and transportation of products produced by the investor.

Recall that last year, the Development Corporation introduced new tools for comfortable acquaintance of the investor with free investment sites - 360-degree shooting and virtual tours. To date, on the agency's website in the section "Virtual tours" 115 tours were placed on 143 investment sites of Bashkortostan.
