The Bashkortostan Development Corporation named the most popular areas among investors
The department's specialists monitored the areas in which the largest number of investment projects are being implemented, as well as analyzed the appeals of potential investors.
Industry has become one of the most popular areas among investors. To date, the Development Corporation accompanies 62 investment projects in this area.
Roadside service has also become an equally popular investment destination. This is due to the approval of the Concept of Roadside Service Development in the Republic of Bashkortostan, which provides for the construction of 1,000 new roadside complexes by 2024. In addition, the initiators of such projects can apply for such measures of state support as obtaining a land plot without bidding, tax benefits for profit, property and land lease, subsidies to compensate for part of the costs of construction of transport and engineering infrastructure.
In this area, project managers of the Development Corporation accompany 41 investment projects. The largest are the projects of the companies LLC "Oil Products Service", LLC "Irbis Fuel Company", LLC "Gas station Volga Region", LLC "Argument" and others.
- The implementation of projects in the field of roadside service and industry will make a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region. These are not only tax revenues and jobs, but also comfortable conditions for residents and guests of the Republic," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus.
