Turkish investor visited investment sites of Bashkortostan
A working visit of representatives of the Turkish holding SANICA PIPE Ltd is taking place in Bashkortostan. The investor plans to open production of plastic pipes, baths and heating systems in the republic. Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, presented sites that could be suitable for the implementation of the project. During the visit to the industrial parks "Belkam" (Neftekamsk) and "Ufa" (Ufa district), representatives of the foreign investor noted the convenient location and ready infrastructure of the proposed sites. The territory of the SEZ "Alga" attracted them, first of all, with preferences that a resident can count on.
- The involvement of this investor is the result of the teamwork of the Development Corporation, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic and the representative office of the Bashkortostan Congress Bureau in Turkey. At the first stage of support by the Corporation, the investor is offered a number of options for sites for localization of production with a description of all the advantages, including tax preferences, which he can claim in case of project implementation, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The first stage of the project involves the launch of plastic pipe production with an investment volume of about 850 million rubles and the creation of 120 jobs. Its goal is to meet the needs of the region in plastic pipes, as well as their implementation in the Russian market and in the CIS countries. The investor requests 18-20 hectares of land, after visiting the proposed territories and discussions within the company, a final decision will be made.
