Heads of rural settlements of Bashkortostan got acquainted with the activities of the Development Corporation
An online meeting was held at the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the speaker of which was the head of the investment unit of the department, Adel Makarova. The meeting was also attended by the heads of 15 rural settlements of the republic.
As part of her speech, the Director of Investor Relations at the Development Corporation spoke about the main areas of the department's work, the experience of attracting investors to the region and the stages of supporting their investment projects, as well as preferential zones, the management company of which is the Corporation: the special economic zone "Alga", the industrial parks "Ufa" and "Blagoveshchensk". In addition, the audience learned about various measures of state support that investors receive by implementing their initiatives on the territory of Bashkortostan.
An equally important topic for discussion was the cooperation of the Development Corporation with investors in the field of public-private and municipal-private partnerships. It should be noted that to date, the department's project managers accompany a number of investment projects implemented on this principle. Among them is an investment project for the construction of a multifunctional ice sports and educational complex in Ufa, which was initiated by LLC "System Concessions" and ANO "A. Semak Charitable Foundation". The total declared volume of investments is about 3 billion rubles.
- We try to attract investors to all corners of our republic. That is why it is important for us to clearly understand the growth points of a particular area," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Last summer, we initiated online meetings with the business sheriffs of the republic, and the implementation of this idea gave very good results. Now we want to study in more detail the investment potential of rural settlements and do everything to make our region even more comfortable for business development.
