Another free investment platform was presented to investors at the Development Corporation
Specialists of the Development Corporation presented another site from the register of free sites for investors planning to conduct production activities. Two plots of land with a total area of 20.7 hectares are located in the city of Birsk on Koltsevaya Street. The sites have the necessary infrastructure: it is possible to connect to the networks of gas supply, electricity, water supply and sanitation.
- The site can be used for production placement. If there is an anchor resident, you can create an industrial park," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. There are all conditions for creating an industrial park on this site: the possibility of connecting engineering infrastructure and convenient transport location.
The investment platform is suitable for hosting enterprises of the light, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper industry. In addition, the district has the necessary raw materials for the production of building materials.
It should be noted that to date, specialists of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus have analyzed about one and a half thousand investment sites, formed more than a thousand site passports, which have all the necessary characteristics. In addition, the Development Corporation is introducing a new tool - a virtual tour of investment sites, which allows you to get acquainted with the land plot and its main characteristics without leaving the place.
