The number of vacant areas for investors was presented at the SEZ "Alga"
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented updated data on the free sites of the SEZ PPT "Alga". To date, about 175 hectares of land are available for investors. Thus, 1.02 hectares are currently available on site No. 1, 125.93 hectares on site No. 2, 48.37 hectares on site No. 3. There are no vacant spaces on site No. 4.
To date, site No. 4 has been completely given over to the resident. LLC "FG"DOGA" will place its production facilities on it. The investor intends to build plants for processing hydrocarbon gases into aromatic hydrocarbons. The volume of investments is more than 2 billion rubles. The production will provide 117 jobs. Currently, earthworks are being carried out at the site on the basis of an Order received from the Sterlitamak district. The project is also undergoing state environmental expertise, explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. "We continue to look for investors in the remaining territories of the special economic zone. To date, the list of potential residents includes 13 companies with a total investment of 45.5 billion rubles and the creation of 1.5 thousand jobs.
According to the Development Corporation, all the sites of the SEZ PPT "Alga" are formed according to the cluster type: site No. 1 "universal" (light industry, production of building materials, alternative energy, production of LED products); site No. 2 "universal" (light industry, agriculture); sites No. 3 and 4 involve the placement of chemical and petrochemical enterprises.

SEZ «Alga» industrial-production type was established on the territory of Ishimbay and Sterlitamak districts in 2020. The total leasable area for investors is 385.2 hectares.
