Bashkortostan summed up the results of the work of the Ufa Industrial Park for the year
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan summed up the work of the Ufa Industrial Park for 2021. To date, 17 organizations are located on the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park, including 10 residents who have concluded agreements on the implementation of industrial and production activities on the territory of the industrial park. Now the total declared investment volume of residents is about 34 billion rubles and involves the creation of 600 jobs.
- Today industrial parks are an effective platform for doing business, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. - The status of a resident of an industrial park gives companies a number of advantages: a reduction in the project launch time; availability of the necessary permits; ready-made developed infrastructure for doing business, preferential rental rate and tax benefits. In addition, it is convenient for residents when there is an opportunity to organize a joint business and the presence of an organization serving the territory.
In December 2021, the Ufa Industrial Park hosted the technical opening of a new production complex with an area of 20 thousand square meters and the launch of the first production in it.
The construction was initiated by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and implemented within the framework of the events "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses" of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". The first production was launched by ArtAgro, which is engaged in the construction and reconstruction of agricultural facilities, as well as the production of grain cleaning equipment that has no analogues in Russia. Since 2020, the company independently produces grain norias with a capacity of 25 to 100 tons per hour, norias with horizontal chain conveyors with a capacity of 20 tons to 100 tons per hour. Since 2021, the company has been engaged in the production of pneumatic stands and grain cleaning machines. Many agricultural producers of the Republic of Bashkortostan work on the agricultural equipment produced by TD "ArtAgro" LLC. The total declared investment volume of the company's project is about 150 million rubles and involves the creation of 70 new jobs.
The start of production was given by the Head of the region Radiy Khabirov. In his welcoming speech, he noted the importance of implementing such projects on the territory of the republic to attract investment to the region, as well as for the recognition of republican brands on the world market.
The Development Corporation, which is the management company of the Ufa Industrial Park, forms a comfortable infrastructure for the residents of the park. All residents are provided with electricity, heat and water supply, access roads. In turn, the Corporation's project managers regularly provide support in solving emerging issues, including in the interaction of business with the authorities.
It should be recalled that residency in the industrial park gives investors the opportunity to receive tax, rental and other preferences.
