The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan has selected free investment sites for investors to implement investment projects.
One of them is a land plot in the Okhlebininsky Village Council of the Iglinsky district. According to the idea, the two-hectare plot is designed to accommodate glamping or other tourist facilities for the development and recognition of historical sites.
In addition to the rich forest fund, the investment site is surrounded by various cultural heritage sites with a centuries-old history. So, not far from the proposed territory is the Okhlebin archaeological complex - a group of archaeological monuments of the Kara-Abyz culture. The complex includes two settlements and a burial ground dating from the IV-II centuries BC. Note that the implementation of any project in this area will not harm the monuments of cultural heritage.
In addition, in the village of Okhlebinino there is one of the oldest churches - the Holy Trinity Church. It was built in 1826 by local landowners and has survived to this day. The temple is a favorite place of pilgrims and tourists from all over the republic, which can play an important role for an investor who is interested in creating a tourist facility in the proposed location.
