1. Two projects supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan were included in the List of Priority Investment Projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This is the modernization of the Arlan ceramic brick plant and the creation of an industrial complex for the cultivation, processing of fish and fish food in the city of Salavat "Bashkir Trout". Both projects will receive government support.

2. Rail Sarbayev met with the delegation of the Republic of Turkey headed by the Ambassador of Turkey Mehmer Samsar. They discussed opportunities for cooperation in various fields. The most striking example of cooperation with Turkish investors is the project for the reconstruction of the old and construction of a new building for maternity hospital No. 3 in Ufa.

3. The creation of an industrial park was discussed in Kumertau.

On January 24, Kumertau hosted a working meeting dedicated to the creation of an industrial park, in which Rail Sarbaev, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, took part.

The construction of an industrial site is planned on the territory of the TASED Kumertau in the village of Ira on the border of the city of Kumertau and the Meleuzovsky district. The federal highway P240 Ufa - Orenburg runs along the western outskirts of the village. The nearest railway station is in the village of Karan, 7 km to the northwest.

4. An industrial park may appear in the Birsk region of the republic. Its creation and development were discussed at a meeting at the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus.

As the head of the Birsk region Vasily Petrov noted, the region is dominated by small enterprises in the production of toys and furniture. Four of them are ready to become potential residents of the industrial park. It is planned that Bashspirt JSC will become the anchor resident. The park's areas will be leased on preferential terms at a reduced rental rate.

The head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov set the task of creating 50 industrial, agro-industrial and technological parks in the republic by 2024. Today, the total number of industrial parks in the republic is 13. In 2019, the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus began work on the design of parks in Neftekamsk, Blagoveshchensk and Salavat District.
