One of the key tasks of the Government of Bashkortostan until 2024 is the republic's entry into the number of leading regions in five areas: creating conditions for human development, creating a comfortable living environment, ensuring sustainable economic growth, creating a favorable investment climate and creating conditions for the development of entrepreneurship. improvement of regional infrastructure.

An increase in the annual volume of investments to 500 billion rubles - this was the task set by the Head of the region. This will be achieved by creating two special economic zones, attracting more than 100 new residents in five territories of advanced socio-economic development with the creation of 6,500 new high-performance jobs and the creation of 50 industrial, agro-industrial and technoparks.

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus is a specialized organization for attracting investments to the region.

One of the main activities of the KRRB is the support of investment projects on the principle of "one window", which makes it possible to simplify the work on the implementation of projects as much as possible, reduce administrative barriers in paperwork, and speed up the process of obtaining information. The Corporation's task is to ensure comfortable interaction between investors and government officials.

In 2019, the KRRB accepted 140 investment projects for support. Of these, 68 began to be implemented in 2019. For 9 investment projects, financing was received for 581 million rubles. with the active interaction of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus with commercial banks and the Innovation Promotion Fund.

 At present, there are 13 industrial parks in Bashkortostan, 61 residents have created 3.5 thousand jobs, 43.5 billion rubles have been invested. In 2019, the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus began work on the design of parks in Neftekamsk, Blagoveshchensk, Salavatsky and Ufa districts.

In 2020, industrial parks in the Ufa and Chishminsky districts of the Republic of Belarus will receive federal funding in the amount of more than 630 million rubles. On the territory of the industrial park "Ufimsky" it is planned to build a new production complex with an administrative building with an area of ​​20,000 square meters.

One of the large-scale investment projects supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan is the development of the Podolsk copper-zinc deposit in the Khaibullinsky district.

“The launch of the mine construction is a historic event, because over the past 20 years, no similar enterprises have been laid or launched in Russia. Together with the Yubileinoye deposit, the ore reserves are estimated at 9 million tons per year. Explored reserves of copper - 2 million tons, zinc - 1.5 million tons, gold - 133 tons. For the Trans-Urals, first of all, these are new jobs and tax deductions, on which the social life of the region directly depends, ”said Rail Sarbaev, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In the future, it is planned to build a new mining enterprise for the processing of ore, a complex of treatment and water intake facilities, an energy substation, technological and utility buildings.

The Uchalinsky Elevator enterprise is under the comprehensive support of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. A modern grain storage is being built on the basis of an old elevator, the project cost is 114 million rubles. It should be noted that this is the first operating elevator on the territory of the Uchalinsky district.

The project is included in the Register of Priority Investment Projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan and is now at the stage of commissioning.

Lasselsberger continues construction of a cement plant in Abzelilovsky district. The new plant for the production of dry mixes will be launched in the middle of next year. The specialists of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus calculated a financial model and developed a business plan for the investment project. The project has passed an expert assessment, now 70 percent of construction is completed.

Local raw materials will be used for production - marbleized limestone, the deposits of which are located in the Abzelilovsky region.

One of the largest and undoubtedly significant projects for attracting investors to the region is the creation of the first special economic zone "Alga" in the republic. At the moment, 7 agreements have been signed with potential residents, the total investment contribution of which will amount to more than 26 billion rubles. Now the application for the creation of the SEZ is under consideration by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus is actively involved in the development of air ambulance. Together with the Ministry of Health and State Transport, a project has been developed for the construction of six helipads in Ufa and eight in the republic.

Thus, the first helipad for medical air transport on the territory of the Republican Perinatal Center was opened in October 2019.
