1. The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan starts to create industrial parks "Neftekamskiy" and "Blagoveshchenskiy" 1
The corresponding order was signed by the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov. New industrial parks of industrial orientation will be created in the territories of priority social and economic development - Neftekamsk and Blagoveshchensk.
They will be equipped with all the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure. Potential residents will have access to the entire set of benefits that are included in the TASED model. This applies to property taxes, income taxes, as well as non-tax deductions.
2. The first helipad for medical aviation was tested in Ufa
The Robinson-4 helicopter landed on the territory of the Republican Perinatal Center for the first time. The first helipad for medical air transport was built within three months at the expense of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus.
KRRB, together with the Ministry of Health and Gostrans, has developed a project for the construction of six similar sites in Ufa and eight in the republic. In addition to the needs of sanitary aviation, the sites will also be used for commercial purposes.
3. The Ministry of Economic Development proposed options for financing the industrial park "Agidel"
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, at which they discussed the allocation of federal subsidies to the management company for the modernization of the Agidel industrial park. In particular, they talked about the construction of the Neftekamsk - Agidel railway line with a length of 45 kilometers. One of the proposed options for the RF Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is the inclusion of the industrial park in the federal targeted investment program.
The total area of the industrial park "Agidel" intended to accommodate potential residents is 166 hectares. Increasing transport accessibility is one of the top priorities. Now "Agidel" is connected with the main industrial regions of Bashkiria only by highways.
4.The Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus held public discussions of the draft law on benefits for industrial parks
The round table discussed the issue of amendments to paragraph 17 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 28, 2003 No. 43-3 "On tax on the property of organizations" (on tax benefits for the property of organizations - management companies of industrial parks) ".
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan made its proposals to the draft Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan "On the tax on property of organizations." They relate to the property that is part of industrial parks and the loss of the right to apply the benefits in the event of exclusion from the Register of the industrial park management company. Following the meeting, a decision was made on the need to finalize the draft law in order to simplify the procedure for confirming the right of organizations to receive tax benefits.
